Teirab calls out Craig on report alleging election manipulation
(09/16/24)

BURNSVILLE, Minn. – Joe Teirab, Republican candidate for Congress in Minnesota’s Second Congressional District, issued the following statement after a new AP report reveals blatant election interference in MN-02 by a Democrat-aligned shadow group in order to tip the scales for Democrat incumbent Rep. Angie Craig. The group solicited a third party candidate that admitted to the AP that he was recruited to run in order to dilute the anti-Craig vote.

“Career politicians like Angie Craig know they can’t run on their record of failures, so they have to rely on dirty tricks in hopes of deceiving voters – but this is a new low. This report is disturbing and shows Democrats will stop at nothing to protect one of their own, even if it means interfering in the election.

“Angie Craig talks a lot about corruption in Washington, meanwhile her party is attempting to manipulate the election in her favor. Angie Craig owes her constituents answers on what she knew about this election interference and if she will denounce her party’s corrupt tactics.”
